Our Story.
Since 2008, i-Pharm’s independent, expert, and ethical approach to procuring talent has helped power the pioneering progress made by Pharmaceutical, Biotech and MedTech companies around the world.

June, 2008
i-Pharm founded in London, UK.
i-Pharm was founded in London in 2008, when our founders saw a gap in the market for a recruitment business dedicated entirely to Life Sciences and built around quality of service.
December, 2015
i-Pharm opens in Sydney, Australia.
In 2015, i-Pharm opened its first Asia-Pacific office in Sydney, bringing local, specialist support to our clients and candidates across the region.
July, 2018
i-Pharm opens in New York, U.S..
With many of our clients headquartered in the U.S., i-Pharm opened its New York office in 2018 to work more closely with them on the ground.
September, 2025
i-Pharm acquires Apollo & Parallel, forming iPA Talent Group.
i-Pharm acquired Apollo Solutions and Parallel Consulting, forming iPA Talent Group: a collective of non-competing specialist brands in Life Sciences, Technology and Corporate Governance, each supported centrally while keeping its own identity.
December, 2025
iPA Talent Group becomes employee-owned.
iPA Talent Group transitioned to an Employee Ownership Trust (EOT), giving our people a stake in what we’re building and a voice in its future through Elevate One, our employee committee.
