Senior Level Interim Leadership
The Scope.
i-Pharm GxP was engaged under a defined Scope of Work to provide senior-level leadership oversight for the Quality Department of a growing biotech client. The agreed scope focused on ensuring continuity within the Quality function until a suitable permanent employee could be identified.
The Solution.
To execute the agreed Scope of Work, i-Pharm GxP deployed a dedicated consultant operating as an extension of the client’s leadership team:

The Outcome.
Successfully supported the client for 12 months until a permanent member of staff was identified.
