Project is supporting lifecycle management and upgrade of automation systems. A contractor is required to provide expertise in Rockwell Automation suite to ensure project can be executed successfully.
Responsibilities
- Provide SME support across Rockwell Automation Suite. (FactoryTalk View SE, PlantPAx, FactoryTalk Manager, Studio 5000, Control Logix PLC)
- Supporting upgrade program for HMI and PLCs as well as troubleshooting, continuous improvement, systems maintenance, GAP analysis
- Support design, development and running of HMI screens using FactoryTalk View SE
- Data monitoring and analysis for process improvement and issue resolution (PlantPAx).
- Provide support for user requirement, design and functional specifications
- Support equipment and process troubleshooting efforts as required (root cause analysis, deviations)
- Work with and support manufacturing, maintenance, process engineering, plant engineering and validation processes
