Job Opportunity: Part-Time Clinical Trial Coordinator (Contract Role – Lyon, France)

Location: Field-based in the Lyon area (2–3 days/week)

We are looking for an organized and proactive Clinical Trial Coordinator to support clinical research activities in a part-time, contract-based role in the Lyon area. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge medical research in a flexible, patient-focused setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily clinical trial operations in compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP)
• Support participant visits and data collection across study sites
• Liaise with investigators, sponsors, and external partners to ensure smooth study execution
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of trial documentation and reporting
• Assist with logistics related to medical devices used in clinical trials

Requirements:

• Previous experience coordinating clinical trials in a pharmaceutical or commercial setting
• Strong working knowledge of GCP and clinical trial protocols
• Experience working with or supporting medical devices in clinical studies
• Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills
• Fluency in French; proficiency in English is an asset

Working Arrangement:

• Field-based in the Lyon area: 2–3 days per week
• Part-time, contracted role with flexible working arrangements
