Job Title: Construction Project Manager


Contract Duration: 12 Months


Location: Lebanon, Indiana, United States


Candidates Ideally Based In Indiana


On-Site Presence: Be on-site 4 days a week to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure that all work is being performed according to the project plan

Project Oversight:


Manage and oversee the construction of the pharmaceutical manufacturing facility, ensuring that all aspects of the project are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Structural and Exterior Management: Supervise the construction of the building's basic structure and exterior, ensuring compliance with all relevant codes and regulations
  • Change Order Management: Provide feedback and comments on change orders, ensuring that any modifications are necessary, cost-effective, and do not compromise the project's integrity.
  • Owner's Representative Duties: Act as the owner's representative, ensuring that the project aligns with the owner's vision and requirements. This includes:
  • - Reviewing project plans and specifications.
  • - Monitoring contractor performance and ensuring adherence to contractual obligations.
  • - Conducting regular site inspections and progress meetings.
  • - Addressing any issues or concerns that arise during construction.
  • - Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • - Managing project documentation and reporting


Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Approximately 5 years of experience in construction management.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and regulations.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
