💼 The Opportunity

As a Delivery Consultant, you’ll work as part of our dedicated Delivery Team, focusing on sourcing mid-to-senior-level Life Sciences professionals for our key UK/Europe/US clients.

This role is ideal for an experienced recruiter who enjoys the candidate management and delivery side of recruitment and wants to work in a high-performing environment without the focus on business development.

You’ll play a vital role in delivering high-quality talent solutions to some of the most innovative pharmaceutical and biotech companies in the world.

🔑 What You’ll Be Doing

• Deliver mid-to-senior level professionals within the Life Sciences sector
• Partner with existing client relationships to help expand and strengthen those accounts
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to placement
• Source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, job boards, and referrals
• Support contract recruitment across multiple regions (UK, Europe, and US)
  
  

🎯 What You Bring

• Previous experience in contract recruitment delivery or candidate resourcing
• Knowledge or interest in the Life Sciences or Pharmaceutical sector (preferred but not essential)
• Experience managing the full recruitment process
• Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for quality delivery
• A proactive, organised, and relationship-focused approach
