Manufacturing Start-Up Lead
40 hrs/week | 8 months contract
Our client is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Start-Up Lead to support an exciting pharmaceutical facility start-up. This is an opportunity to join a global pharmaceutical company at one of their state-of-the-art facility.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead start-up of key manufacturing systems (autoclaves, formulation, fillers, bioreactors, filtration skids, and more).
- Execute start-up plans and drive FAT/SAT, readiness reviews, and punch list closure.
- Coordinate with QA/QC, validation, engineering, and vendors to ensure seamless turnover and troubleshooting.
- Maintain clear documentation of all start-up activities.
- Partner with OEMs, vendors, and contractors for start-up support and troubleshooting.
Who You Are:
- 7-10 years of pharmaceutical manufacturing start-up experience.
- Strong background with systems like autoclaves, formulation, fillers, and single-use technologies.
- Great at driving cross-functional teams and keeping projects on track.
