Job Title: Manufacturing Start Up Lead
Contract Duration: 8 Months
Location: Lebanon, Indiana, United States
On Site 5 Days Per Week
Candidates Ideally Based In Indiana

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the start-up and of Manufacturing process systems (Autoclave, Formulation systems, Filler Isolator, Parts washer, Single use bioreactors, Single Use mixers, Cryofreezers, Chromatography Skids, Centrifuges, Temperature control units, Tangential Flow filtration skids etc.
- Execute start-up plans, procedures, and schedules in coordination with commissioning, construction, and operations teams.
- Drive system readiness reviews, FAT/SAT coordination, and punch list resolution.
- Interface with QA/QC, validation, engineering, and construction teams to align on turnover and qualification strategy.
- Coordinate with OEMs, vendors, and contractors for start-up support and troubleshooting.
- Maintain accurate documentation of start-up activities, deviations, and resolutions.
- Operations would be limited to second floor of production facility.
Requirements:
- 7-10 years’ experience supporting manufacturing start up processes, executing start-up plans, procedures and schedules for pharmaceutical manufacturing.
- Experience with following equipment Autoclave, Formulation systems, Filler Isolator, Parts washer, Single use bioreactors, Single Use mixers, Cryofreezers, Chromatography Skids, Centrifuges, Temperature control units, Tangential Flow filtration skids etc.
