Mechanical Project Manager
12-month contract | 40 hours/week | 4 days on-site | Pharmaceutical facility
Ready to step up and lead on a high-profile construction project? Our client is building a cutting-edge pharmaceutical facility and needs a Mechanical Project Manager to keep things moving — on time, on budget, and to the highest standards.
What you’ll do
- Oversee site progress and manage day-to-day construction activity
- Coordinate utility connections (water, gas, electric, sewer)
- Manage MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) integration
- Be on-site 4 days/week to monitor, troubleshoot, and report
- Review change orders and act as the client’s eyes and ears on-site
What you’ll need
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction, Architecture, or similar
- ~5 years' experience in construction or project management
- Strong understanding of building systems and codes
- Confident communicator with a sharp eye for detail
