About the Role:
In this strategic position, you will lead the planning, execution, and oversight of global clinical trials. From protocol development to regulatory submissions, you'll collaborate with investigators and cross-functional teams to drive high-quality, patient-focused research.
- 6-month contract (with strong potential for extension)
- Home-based position (20% travel per year when required to Sponsor offices based in Spain)
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead cross-functional teams in the design and execution of global clinical studies
- Develop protocols, clinical documents, and contribute to regulatory submissions
- Analyse safety and efficacy data; oversee monitoring and trial operations
- Collaborate with CROs, investigators, and internal stakeholders
- Stay informed on scientific, clinical, and industry trends
- Support advisory boards, business development, and strategic initiatives
Requirements:
- Advanced scientific degree (M.S., Ph.D., Pharm.D., MPH, or equivalent)
- 5+ years' experience in clinical development (preferably in endocrinology or bone health)
- Strong background in protocol development and regulatory documentation
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
