As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you’ll take full ownership of your market, develop client relationships, source top talent, and drive business growth. You’ll be part of a collaborative, supportive team that celebrates wins together and invests in your long-term success.

🔑 What You’ll Be Doing

• Develop and nurture new business opportunities through networking, outreach (lead generation, cold calling, etc.), and market intelligence
• Build lasting partnerships with clients and candidates across the Life Sciences sector
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job brief to successful placement
• Negotiate offers, close deals, and deliver outstanding experiences for all stakeholders

• Proven experience in a 360-recruitment role (perm or contract desk)
