Join our client a global pharmaceutical company, as they execute multiple capital projects at their state-of-the-art facility. Our client is seeking an experienced Utilities Start-Up Lead to support an exciting pharmaceutical facility start-up.

What You’ll Do:

• Learn the design and expected operation of utility and HVAC systems.
• Coordinate and drive start-up activities to keep the project on track.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues that come up during start-up.
• Act as the main contact between operations, contractors, vendors, and commissioning teams.
• Escalate problems that could impact timelines.
• Work across all site buildings, with a primary focus on the central utilities unit.

What We’re Looking For:

• 7–10 years’ experience working with utility and HVAC systems in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Proven background leading start-up processes for these systems.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
